This Virtual Tour starts at Texas Tubes in New Braunfels, located right in the heart of New Braunfels, Texas. Our float trips on inner tubes take anywhere from 2 1/2 hours to 3 1/2 hours depending on River Levels if you paddle or not, and how often you stop to swim and play. Texas Tubes is situated right on the banks of the Comal River, with our Private River Entry perched right on the water's edge. Simply Park, unload your gear and cooler(s), put on your sun-block, rent your tubes, and jump right in! Additional Information: Comal River Hours at Texas Tubes: We will be OPEN 9am to 7:30pm every day all summer long. We rent the last tube at 5pm each day, so please arrive before 5pm to get on the river before the 5pm cut-off time. New Braunfels is located right between Austin, Tx, and San Antonio, Tx in close proximity to Landa Park and Landa Falls, Gruene, Tx, Canyon Lake, Tx, and San Marcos, Tx. The River Tubing Season is open longer on the Comal River than any other river in Texas because of the spring-fed waters in the Comal river that stay near a constant 72 degrees. Texas Tubes is one of the rare River Tubing Outfitters in New Braunfels that has "river frontage" on the Comal River, allowing Tubing Customers direct access into the river without a long walk or hike to get into the river to start their awesome float trip on our comal tubes.
