The combat control pipeline is grueling, intense, and extremely difficult to complete- but Jeb Halfacre is a man of many talents. When he was working with NSW at their training enterprise, he heard a calling to something greater- AFSPECWAR and specifically Combat Control.
We sat down with Jeb to talk about his pipeline experiences, his amazing story of how he got to where he is, and as always- how he can help you get to where you want to be.

I wish he wouldn’t downplay his accomplishments in division two programs. It’s still commendable when you think of how long the swim program has been around at Florida Southern and Miami, OH and how many student athletes came before him.

Thank you so much , I just took my past test with SSGT Johnston (CCT) and another CCT (Mr. Overton) Now T3I developer that was previously a navy seal and deployed with peaches 🍑. I was previously going to go Army with an 18x contract but decided to do CCT. When I was doing the swimming portion I had the worst performance out of every one and instead of telling me I can’t do it or criticizing me, he called me to the side and started teaching me. I’ve listened to all of your podcast and appreciate the knowledge you guys share and the support for new guys trying to join AFSOC. If possible could you guys get CCT Kevin McDonald on the podcast.

My Special warfare recruiter and Developer gave me a lot of good tips and the Taylor Starch episode 2 really gave me a lot of advice on endurance and cardio training and Kevin McDonald gives really good advice on swimming technique and staying calm and what the pipeline is like. I listen to all these podcast all day at work and when I’m training. I can’t wait to be part of the team and make a difference. I get excited just talking about it EVERY TIME haha.

The swimming resource he mentioned, I cannot quite catch what he is saying. It sounds like he is saying the name of the program is “fl-immersion” (34:36) Can someone help me with this?
