My silverbolt has no issues holding his gun in his hands at all, testing this also led me to making a peg-legged superion

The kibble underneath the wings is just insulting to my intelligence. Sure it's hard to do airplane Transformers, but would it have killed them to make the wings just big enough to cover the shoulder blocks? This is what happens when Hasbro lets their GeeWun nostalgia cloud their ability to change or improve ANYTHING from the past. #g1isoverrated

See, that's why I have to give it to Hot Spot as the best of Combiner Wars' torso bot offerings. Like, all three of his mold succeed. Silverbolt has a decent robot, a great torso, and an after thought of an alt mode, while Motormaster has a solid robot mode and alt mode, but a pitiful combiner torso. Even the faults to the mold, Hot Spot scores solidly across all three modes, which is something I definitely want from combiners.

One modification I've made to Cyclonus, and you can do it to Silverbolt too, is to pop off the heelspurs. Then fold the gestalt chest halves around to make them the new spurs. They reach down just enough, and then the legs are less wide across. Looks better, and you don't have to fiddle those damn heelspurs out.

Now we wait for the last two Aerialbots, Air Raid and Powerglide. And maybe that spare, unnecessary white jet, what do they call him? Quickslinger? I don't know why they would make a spare jet, but, okay.

Regardless of whether or not you may be joking, I shall elaborate; the original aerial bots included Silverbolt, Air Raid, Skydive, Fireflight, and Slingshot (aka Quickslinger). In the IDW continuity, Slingshot is killed and is replaced by Alpha Bravo. Hasbro released Alpha Bravo to keep accurate to the IDW comic continuity, but for the g1 fans, hasbro is also releasing a slingshot toy likely named quickslinger due to copyright issues.

I also prefer alpha bravo over slingshot, a helicopter is rather unique for a jet made combiner.

when i'm posing this guy i like to keep the shield thingy and canon connected and have him use both hands to grab the weapon's pegs but from underneath, so he looks like he's holding a big ass canon that needs to be hold with both hands in a kinda minigun way.

TRLAuthor It's a Bandai Tamashii stage act 4. Most new Generations toys have compatible peg holes for it. Or you could just use a waist clip that it comes with.

I'm really hoping for a third party company to make something to fill out his waist and thighs. Superion just looks so disproportionate. I get it that they wanted to do something different with his torso transformation, but superion suffers as a result. If they had just made his arm/thighs thicker, it would've worked a lot better.

Superion is just. Mm. Tasty. Menasor is pretty cool too. Just dont do the thighs like Hasbro says, and you're gold. However, due to Motormaster tolerances and an overall off-looking proportion scale, Menasor does seem to be the weaker of the two.

***** Not at all. Motormaster has three different varieties of shirt mode. Closed cab, open cab, and Blackjack. On top of it he affords a wider neck range and slightly better posability with a much more solid connection. :)

Dzko Menasor has that terrible gap when you pull up the head, plus he has a closed HOLLOW chest cavity, a open EMPTY chest cavity, or a he cavity filled with a car. Plus he's so short and these really spread legs and fists jutting out of his back.
