This week on The Reaction, royal author Tom Bower explains why he believes the dam of silence surrounding bullying allegations against Meghan Markle is about to break. It comes as former royal aide Samantha Cohen confirms for the first time that she was one of 10 staffers interviewed by Buckingham Palace during an investigation into the claims. The probe has been kept a secret allegedly to protect those involved, but Sarah Vine says it’s time for the Palace to publish the results.
Also on this week’s episode, why the police need to get tougher on Gaza war protests in the United Kingdom and the United States. Sarah says the demonstrations are ‘openly antisemitic’ and describes reports that Jewish pupils are unable to attend campus at Columbia University over safety fears as ‘chilling’. Andrew says police in London need to manage marches better after Jewish campaigner Gideon Falter was told by the Met Police he was antagonising protesters because he looked ‘openly Jewish’.

A dress alterer for a designer observed Meghan and her friend, Jessica, mocking and bullying little 3-year-old Princess Charlotte. It is an unthinkable thing to do. Poor Catherine had given birth 2 weeks before, was sleep-deprived, had the demands of 2 other children, and Charlotte's dress was not made to the measurements that Catherine had submitted. Was that a nasty trick by Meghan to make Charlotte look chubby and sloppy? Catherine gave Meghan those measurements to Meghan herself. Who wouldn't think Meghan could not be capable of that kind of meanness?

I see no problem with the issue of trust for these former palace employees if they speak out. Bower says that future/present employers will no longer trust these employees with sensitive information. But if these new employers are conducting business above board and treating their employees well then the employees will have nothing with which employers cannot trust them with. Employees will not break trust if there is no reason to break trust. I say speak out - your present employers should have nothing to worry about if they themselves are not hiding anything.

Everything about H&M needs to be out there. The lies they have told are beyond belief yet they get away with it. No accountability! The palace needs to clean its act up and tell the truth. No more covering up and protecting those that have done wrong! The monarchy is supposed to be above reproach!

Megan comes from film sets and the really treat the staff horribly. It's a climber thinking cruelty shows power. My friend came home with her spirit munched working on sets. Megans used to get away with playing queen.

I remember that about Covid and the school lockdowns. My daughter was becoming depressed bc we couldn’t go anywhere and she is extremely athletic. So she would be miserable on the couch. Luckily we live away from people and in the country so I put her baby brother in the stroller and forced her to walk outside with me. We would walk, jog, and she would practice her sprinting for 3 1/2 miles a day. My husband was an officer so he had to go to work and we would just walk and run everyday. I refused to let her give up track and now she’s amazing. But I don’t know how we would have done it if we lived in the city. She would be a completely different child.

The people that own the stories of bullying allegations might not want their accusations made public for their fear of own reputations. They don’t want to be called whistleblowers. Future employers might not like the revealing of such info.

I don't think they need to be afraid of that now. So much has happened and is generally known and accepted about those two that the report would be literal conformation. They would be acknowledged as victims in this situation and vindicated.

The RF are afraid of MM because she doesn't behave like most people. She can lie and not feel any guilt about it. Mud sticks as with her racist allegations she made so it is best to ignore her otherwise you get into a battle that would be hard to win.

As a German 70 years old woman you even can’t imagine how horrified and even terrified I am about what is happening to Jewish people all over the world ! All my life I carried the German guilt on my shoulders in hoping that Jews could find peace and security at least in Israel! The 7th October showed us the hate and terror Israel has to deal with - and to top it all these terrorists present themselves as victims! I’m more and more pessimistic about finding a way to live together, religious fanatics will blow it all !🇮🇱❤️

The palace is the one who needs to release the report. Speak to the people interviewed and if they are ok with it, release it. Those who are not, blackout their information. Duchess L'Orange needs to be exposed . Ironic how she said they would never protect her , yet thats what not releasing the report is doing. Even after all the things she has said and done to damage the palaces' relationship with the public and the family they are still protecting her !

I'm an American that has lived in the Philippines for the last 20 yrs. This is the first time I have watched your broadcast and I must say I love you both. I also agree with all you have said. I love the Royal Family and admire their work bringing attention to charities. I have subscribed and will be watching every time there is a broadcast.

Once exposed , how can they possibly ever be a part of the royal family or duties ever again . How can such people be awarded the honour of titles and parade the world being a representation of british tradition , imaging the headlines that would go with those titles how they would bring them and us into such disrepute and insults ? Perhaps it’s why they’ve never been revealed before as it would create a real dilemma ti risk the perception of the royal titles and those who wear them as representing bullying behaviour as the norm amongst the titled . Expose them and remove the titles and succession we can’t have such people in positions of authority that they abuse

If MegNut thinks she’s done no wrong, then make the investigation publicly. It is time for the staff to be heard after being silenced by MegNut whilst she’s been exercising her freedom of speech and acting like she’s the victim. It seems this bullying has reached to the attention to Prince William because of multiple complaints from multiple numbers of staff in separate occasions. Apparently, he told Hazbeen who got upset to Prince William. I think this is the reason why they decided that Megxit because she knew her time is up and eventually this will be exposed. Then MegNut trying to twist or spin the story in OW interview, she fabricated stories and playing the race victim to bury the allegations of bullying against her.

I totally agreed! Shame on the police for not going to do their work. They don't even bother to deal with Shoplifting. So what are our tax money used for? To pay for their retirement for wearing a uniform and looking presentable?
