I've been ordering from Temu for a while and have not had any issues regarding items being placed in my cart that I didn't put there. I am over the moon happy with everything I've purchased. I make junk journals and mixed media and art journals, and the number of items you receive for the price is amazing. The ribbon and other trims are beautiful also. In regards to the smell, I had the same issue with my pearls but got rid of the smell completely. In 2016 there was a fire in my apt building. I lost a lot of stuff but what I was able to keep had an awful smoke smell. I struggled to get rid of it doing the same things you did. This was especially bad with my plastic tubs and storage containers. Then I found a miracle product that not only got rid of the smell, but today 7 years later, the nice spring scent hits me everytime I open one of my big storage tubs. The product is Clorox Fraganzia multipurpose cleaner. I put my stinky acetone smelling pearls in a container and covered them with the Colorox for 24 hrs, then rinsed them off and they smell like spring flowers. I always have a bottle on hand, it's works great for cleaning floors too. Sorry this msg is so long but I hope it will help you get rid of 100% of the smell.

Wonderful! You could try putting a downy sheet in with the bag of beads to take the odor away. This usually works very well. Good enough to take cigarette smoke away which is almost a miracle. ☮️🌍🌲

Do be careful with Temu, they will reel you in then change the rules on a lot of stuff.

I’m curious…specifically what rules do they change? One thing I have noticed is that I find things thrown into my cart here and there that I did not place there. I’d say check your cart carefully before finalizing your purchases, especially if you are like me and are building a cart over several days. This has not happened to me only once so I wouldn’t call it a fluke. Otherwise, I’ve been happy with the experience from Temu

Beautiful items. ❤️ I've ordered a lot from Temu and haven't been disappointed yet. I've seen 2 reviews warning about the smell on a couple of items. The buyer's said smell did washed out.

Got my first 2 orders ok and my next 5 orders is a different story. One I am waiting 3 1/2 weeks for and they tell waiting for packing. , then waiting at the airport. Waiting for customs now back to waiting at the airport again, wherever that is. Hope I don't have to cancel all of them😮
