Come with us to the grand opening of Co-op Live! A new state-of-the-art live music and entertainment venue in Manchester, also the second Carbon neutral arena in the world.
The arena has a capacity of 23,500, with 9 night club spaces ranging from 100 - 900 capacity, 41 bars and restaurants and a 400-bedroom hotel under construction.
The build is reported to have cost £450 million, and delivered in partnership with Manchester Council, Manchester City, Coop and Oak View Group.
The project has employed over 10,000 local residents from construction workers to ground staff, and hospitality staff, with hundreds of thousands of pounds donated to help local projects in the area.
