Things I did not include in this VLOG:
- I didn't bother turning on the aircon in the building for just me, but I got a bit hot running around!
- I don't usually work with my phone and AirPods on me! It was just for recording sound and video for this vlog.
- Even though I love being in the library alone, I really do love helping people, and our regular customers are so lovely. I love that part of the job too!

That was so lovely! 😍I've always loved working all alone in a space where there are usually lot of people. It just has a special feeling about it. And in a library is of course every bookworms dream! 🥰🤓📚 You're one of my absolutetly favorite booktube channels I've found *last* year. I worked in a bookshop for 7 years, and by far my favourite time was coming in before open, and after close. Such an atmosphere of calm, anticipation and familiarity about the place! This year my goal is to get a library card! You have inspired me! I’ll let you know when I have it! I do have some books on my shelf to read in the first half of the year, but after that I’m going to try out the library! Yours looks lovely and spacious and bright… and there’s you of course! Happy New Year.

That was really interesting, thank you. I went to my local library on Christmas Eve and it was lovely and quiet. The library has been open these past few days. We have self serve machines which are fine but I would prefer to check my books in and out with a librarian. I love being able to reserve books from a big library service. I miss magazines and newspapers - look like you still have them! Happy New Year

Love this, it must of been really nice to be able to get all the behind the scenes jobs done to. I worked in my library on the 28th and 29th and its 24/7 medical library so we had some people in to use the computers but other than that it was very quite and productive as we are in the process of introducing an ipad borrowing system so all the behind the scenes jobs have been keeping me busy. But I'm glad you got to spend a lovely day in the library and it looks like a very nice space :) :)

I just finished The Christmas appeal by Janet Hallett …. It’s was ok not as good as the appeal , going to read The cat that saved books by Sosuke Natsukawa …. But happy new year 🥂🍾 and look forward to you vlogs in 2024 🎉…..📚💛📚

Hey congrats! It depends where you are living - most library services advertise their vacancies on their websites. But you can also check out www.alia.org.au/jobs and www.plv.org.au/careers/ Good luck 😊👍🏼❤️📚
