That smart guy is a 90’s legend. Made it through Disney and didn’t go crazy like many of the rest of them

The best thing about this piece is finding out that regardless of how his career is going… he’s kept his life in order for the most part, and doesn’t seem to have been overtaken by scandal, or any notable controversy. He kept it pushing and people in those positions could learn a lot from his example.

He didn’t disappear. He was in the series “Baby Daddy” and in the new movie, “Me Time”, which starred Kevin Hart & Mark Wahlberg.

Mowry hasn't disappeared. He's just not valued as much on mainstream level (like before) but still gets work here and there. Not too long ago, he was on Baby Daddy, a long running sitcom that did well for itself.

I’m glad it was pointed out that Tahj along with Tia and Tamera all started around the same time. A lot of ppl think the twins got him into acting

Went to church with Tahj as a kid...He didn't want to talk about TV. He just wanted to be a kid. I was madly in love with his sisters lol.

Tahj Mowry might be known for Smart Guy and Tia and Tamera's little brother. However, Tahj's underrated role was playing Teddy, Michelle's best friend, in Full House.

Their mom didn't play that hollywood life crap of her kids being caught up in the lime light through their childhood careers. Tia talks about it all the time on Instagram in her IG stories. She said their mom make them safe bracelets to wear for them and her kids. They are very family oriented and it shows on their Instagram.

One of the coolest actors out there. A child actor that keeps the faith and didn’t lose his mind. He also doesn’t want to end up with a woman of the streets .

I love the way their family stick together and not let the business take over their lives, very grounded showing love inside and out. Taj has grown to be a handsome and still grounded young man.. I send love health wealth abundance safety and prosperity 💛

Something tells me he didn't sell his soul. That said, the original cast still looks good from what I've seen. It would be nice to see them have a final run. Nostalgia is in right now, so they'd better get it together!

I met him before, he does have a laid back personality yet high energy. Now asking for more money, there is nothing wrong with that, for the right reasons. You have to know your and understand your worth. I wish him the best and can't wait to see what he does next.

I’m so glad to hear Tahj is still going strong and doing well for himself. I loved that he does voice acting in some of my favorite cartoons. He’s doing well and not letting Hollyweird get to him. Quick note: He was enrolled at Savannah State before 2007. I was there from 2001-2005; and he had come and gone way before I graduated.

Would like to see him in more dramatic roles. Glad to hear he is doing well and living his life on his own terms. And Plus you come from a serious perspective on subjects. Yourselves, Matt Mckaney and Dead End Hip Hop, Accent Media are pushing the envelope on the subjects that you cover especially on the genres you all specialize in.

I was sorry that bowling sitcom got canceled. It was not the greatest writing but had potential. Network doesn't give shows a chance anymore since they are competing with streaming.

A lot of these actors don’t disappear by choice despite what people think. He’s just not the cute kid anymore which was his biggest selling point. A lot of actor’s careers dry up because they either grow up or can’t find much outside their biggest role . It don’t always have to do with evil Hollywood or selling souls

Love me some Tahj and the Mowry sistas, they’ve come very far successfully and still appear to be pretty grounded. Regardless of their Hollywood stardom and successes. When child/teen stars have a good parental, protection, and structural system. I feel that keeps them far from the pitfalls and dark sides of the fame and predators.

He would be great in some of Tyler Perry's life movies even on Tyler Perry's TV shows.. I'd like to see more of Tahj.

Essence Atkins, Omar Gooding, and Jason Weaver who was the singing voice of Simba in the Lion King animated movie....the cast of the "Smart Guy" was lit...Tajh Mowry just like Tia and Tamera appear to be very smart and business minded but able to fall back from show business and find other ways to make money or even spend their time....a lot of child stars end up strung out on drugs or confess that they were sexually assaulted or ripped off by and forced by their parents to continue acting when they wanted to attend high school or college and live normal lives....especially with Disney and Nickelodeon child stars...they have meltdowns and burn out...thanks for this inspiring and very interesting story!

He was on a series called Baby Daddy that aired for I believe 6 seasons between 2012-17 and you can watch on Hulu. He was part of the main cast. Hardly call that disappearing. Any show that lasts 6 seasons must've been relatively decent.

Only Hollywood unsung I ever seen where the artist or entertainer didn’t get strung out or had bad allegations and that’s mainly due to his values and love for God that his mom and dad taught him and his sisters 👏 respect love ❤️

I Met Taj On A Few Occasions In Hollywood When My Boy Excel Beats Was Producing Records For Him. He Was Working On A Comeback Album Around 2007/2008. I Guess That Never Transpired But He Was Mad Chill And Wasn't All Hollywood. Good Dude!
