yeah i kinda forgot about kitty and others characters like emma frost until reading this, they even made this series into an animation which you can watch here kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aruAirCCz521j6c.html and in there is a rlly cool scene where kitty floats through the floor above her to extract some hostages while emma frost plays with the terrorists and Ords mind

My favorite moment in the run was when Abigail Brand confessed she wanted to have sex with Beast, and he just stands there in silence (dead eyed), trying to process it

Wolverine's one motivation in this entire book is just to drink beer. Almost every other line has him asking for one.

love the channel love the reveiws would love a shirt. there arent many comic shops of fan in brooklyn. you guys make things easier to understand and yall are funny. i got a lot of undercover comic fans checking you guys out.. keep up the good work. btw i still want a shirt and the biggest size wont hurt.ps. how about a review on the black captain america. it would be something short and interesting

this may be one of the GREATEST edition Back Issues ever! I read these comics so long ago I forgot about it and watching Sal explain to the guess "Wheddon-ism" is great...I also highly recommend watching the Tangents-Cyclops before watching this, i spit up water laughing! P.S. I want a shirt because even tho I dont comment on every video, I have been watching this channel since the "What is Little House TV?" and I enjoyed the Sal Says What videos and Sal's Comic roundup before this channel became ComicPOP...so there is my explaination, I should get a shirt because you guys are awesome (wait, did I just ruin my argument? lol)

I want a shirt. Reason: this show has changed my day to day vocabulary and phrases. I find myself constantly validating things by saying "that's fair." It has pissed off those closest to me......and I have no plans on changing. Love this channel guys! I re-watch the older shows constantly as well! Keep it the great content.

Yes this episode was very Astonishing *pauses for laughter* if I can win the Merc with guns t-shirt than that would be great. I just barely got into comic books after going to C2E2 and after going the first thing I did when I got home was research Secret Wars and that's when I saw your guys' video. Ever since then I've been watching your back issues playlist and have seen almost every video. Keep it up guys!

freaking love this comic, I love the way it´s written, I bought it from a book store a couple weeks ago and I got the 3 first issues, hope they got the other ones from the Whedon run, don´t have a lot of comic book stores in my country sadly.

I just finished this run today. I love the Morrison run a lot but I like how this made the X-Men into heroes again instead of Men in Black type soldiers. I especially love how Kitty, Colossus and Cyclops are written. Scott is a such G in this run.

I never knew my father. I've asked Jeremy Renner several times if he is my daddy, but he blocked me on Twitter. An Ultron 8 T-shirt will remind me Ultron is a better dad than Hawkeye. This is why I want/need that T-shirt.

I want the shirt!!!! And I should get one because I love your channel and watch your videos obsessively. I came across ComicPOP! formally TV Little House just as I was getting back into reading comics, and Back Issues has helped me remember all of the ridiculous awesome and bizarre things I loved about comic books when I was younger. So please give this super fan one of your amazing shirts. I can't love ComicPOP! any less then I do right now, but I imagine I can always love it more :)

Okay, I have a question for anybody out there, about Cyclops in this book. So, in volume 2 when Emma's messing with his mind, they do that "looking back at your past" and she suggests that Scott purposely chose to not control his powers. But I don't get it. She was saying, "oh you were going through all this trauma and felt like you had no control, so the only way you could have control is to choose not to have control" or something, so it turns out that he actually CAN control his powers, but he subconsciously chooses not to. When she tells him that, he realizes it's true or something and for most of the book he is able to control his powers, no glasses required. Until it reverts back, at the end. So, my question is, can he control it or not? If he can, why does he choose not to? If he can't, then what was the deal in this book? Also, how is choosing not to control something you can't control a form of control? Maybe to a kid, but to an adult? And is this canon? Like, is it canon that Cyclops doesn't control his powers because he chose not to as a kid? Is it ever mentioned again? Is the whole "brain damage" thing erased now?

Teenage Scott Summers had incredible destructive power. The responsibility of controlling it was too much for him to bear, so he subconsciously relinquished control. That way, he could rationalize any destruction he caused as not his fault. I don't think it's canon, unfortunately.

Here's 3 reasons I should get this shirt: I would wear every time I am watching a Comic pop episode I cracked the seating arrangement code yu cleverly placed in the Secret Wars episode ( referring to @Frossbite that's me) And if that doesn't convince you I accept the challenge to explain the puzzling moments in the comics during Back Issues that baffle ppl w/ my flimsy theories Ex: The reason the Human Torch can have a baby with a skrull is because the cosmic cloud that gave him powers also change his physiology to be compatible with various life forms. good news for The thing he can have rock babies

Hahaha what i love of Sal is that he hates as equally as he loves been a nerd, the best part of a back issue is when you say "its stupid" and everyone who allready read it in our computer, also agree after seen an hour video of a comic book you already read many years ago. In defence of Magneto, he can't pull the bullet back he sits and meditates for like a week and all he can do is slowly alter the bullet's trajectory so it eventually turns and heads back to earth and it nearly kills him. It's not like Ultimatum where he just snaps his fingers and then goes for lunch.

The giant bullet to destroy planets is the most realizable methodology for space warfare. Long story short I was looking up how much energy to destroy a planet and most explosion engineers and such agree that the best thing to do is launch something really dense, really fast at the planet. Lasers take too much energy and the only explosives found to be able to do it are rare and too unstable to work with .
