no..he didn't created the speed force, speed force is a cosmic forces, one of the 7 cosmic forces that push the time and space forward, and Barry is not the first speedster who can tapped into the speed force, it was Max Mercury, the zen master of speed aka Wally West mentor and in one of the issues of the Flash, Grodd said that he know Barry is the Flash and the reason why he's fast, he understand the speed force scientifically, but when he saw Wally, he said that the other Flash (Wally take Barry's position as Central City's Flash due to Barry lost his power) is different, he understand the speed force spiritually, so basically Barry understand the power source by logic but Wally understand it by heart since he was mentored by Max Mercury, and Wally is always faster than Barry

When I first watched the Flash, when it was coming out, the first season ended with Barry running into the black hole. And so, I thought that season 2 would be about Barry meeting another speedster in the portals and trying to catch him, eventually revealing the speedster to be Wally West. This was because of murmurings regarding Rebirth Wally, the comics, and also the death of Wally in Young Justice. I firmly believed they would do a reveal in the CW show that Wally has been trapped for decades in the speedforce. Unfortunately it never happened.

He’s only portrayed as slower as Kid Flash, which has been the case in every canon. As kid flash he was still a novice. After he became The Flash, he’s always been the fastest. It’s like how Dick Grayson as Robin is lesser than Batman, but is always shown to be a better hero when he becomes Nightwing.

Wally west has been the flash since 1986 lmao. He was The Flash for 23 years until Barry was revived in 2009. And then Wally returned as A flash in 2016 with Rebirth, and became the main flash again in 2021.

Wally West is the fastest because his lightning color is white which indicates he is faster than light and the white color is the purest color that have connection with the speed force. With his white lightning he combines all the other colors in one to make him the fastest ever. I rest my case

Because look at the xs speedster her lightning color is purple and it never changes because it is unique to her character. But it doesn’t mean that she is not getting faster.

No, Godspeed was able to become faster than Barry at one point, but he still never surpassed Wally. And the Barry he surpassed wasn’t at top speed either. But normally, Godspeed isn’t even close. During the Flash War storyline, the author was asked about the fastest super speed users in DC, Wally was number 1, obviously, and hilariously Godspeed was slower than Cheetah and Wonder Woman.

honestly, I would say that you have a point, but I would also like to say what you just said right there makes flash the best speedster though, while he was may be a little faster, but the flash is like the perfect speedster. I’m pretty sure he comes in like like first in Barry in like Wally West to close second because we have to remember that the flash is like so fast like so fast that he can probably like you’re just blinking while he does that he’s having the time of his life so yeah, I don’t think that Wally West is the fastest for that reason

For what reason lmao? Wally runs faster, is arguably more heroic, knows more about the speed force than Barry, and has arguably been a hero for longer considering how long Barry was dead (23 years).
