The apartment I rented in Tokyo had one just like that in 2006. and I've seen a few more of those in other places I visited. it's economical and completely clean. since the water comes out of the wall, goes into the sink, and then into the tank of the toilet for the next flush. If you are trying to save water that completely eliminates the waste of the water going down the drain when you wash your hands after doing your business.
