I'm the Wes in my play group. Never the threat but always targetted with all canons. Justin gets a board full of creatures? No problem. Suarez can ping for a lot of damage? Cool. Stephen is able to deal 46 damage on a turn? Alright. Wes gets two creatures? ALL TARGETS LOCKED

Hey guys sweet series. Im really enjoying it. For the next video I think you guys should either 1. Do a guildwar using any Ravnica guild Master as the commander, and try to use as many cards that are from that guild. e.g. if you are playing Lazav, use Dimir cards like Dimir cat purse or Dimir guildmage. The point would be to make the decks as thematic as possible (even it it means using a couple bad cards). Or 2. You could all use 5 colour generals and try to be as creative as possible. Lastly, you all could do Tribal but stay away from obvious ones like elves, elementals, zombies and goblins and try to use others such as treefolk, spirit, , knight, sphinx, Gorgons, Merfolk, Rats, Angels (if you did gisela it would mean a lot to me, she is my all time fav) and even Beasts. The additional rule would be to onlly use crestures with that share the subtype of the general. Hope this helps. Im sure what ever you pick will be awesome

+Haradion Drogon He's insane against creature decks. Unfortunately, most of my group plays spell decks. He doesn't last to long to wraths and evacuation :(

+Michael Lillis I'd suggest running just a few Gruul-colored counterspell effects, just to protect your board when it matters. They usually hate out blue spells and/or are built to keep your permanents safe. Trust me. Your group will be FLOORED.

my friend and i basically added a few sac outlets that lets me get value out of them while also making use of Omnath's second ability. Lets just say Greater Good is pretty good.I net 2 cards and I bolt someone for every creature??

That works. :P Momentous Fall is also on the Greatest Hits. Greater Gargodon is seriously underrated as well. Sac 6-10 things, leave behind a 10/10, all for the low low price of R? So good.

2 words: Perilous Forays. I am surprised to see any Omnath deck without it. Sac an elemental, deal 3 damage, get a land, repeat until out of mana (or out of lands if you also have Lotus Cobra or Amulet of Vigor).

I would still like to see an Unhinged/Unglued themed Commander week, where you each use one of the legendary creatures form the Unsets and build around them. I'm just imagining a Richard Garfield, PhD deck and how hilarious it would be.

The best! Ooo, I thought of a good one. I think, since Stephen likes playing with the big boys, I think Stephen should play an all Eldrazi deck with either of the Ulamog's as his commander. He can chose to use Infinite Gyre or The Ceaseless Hunger. And the creatures, of course, would be all of the new and old Eldrazi, except those that are banned. I would love to see Spawnsire get cast and hopefully activated O_O XD

However, as stated from the Mechanics guide for Avacyn Restored: "As you draw an instant or sorcery with miracle, if it's the first card you've drawn this turn, you can immediately reveal it. When you do so, you may cast it for its miracle cost. It doesn't matter whether it's an instant or sorcery; if you choose to cast it, you do so right away, even if it's at a time (such as your draw step) when you couldn't normally cast it. You're not required to reveal a miracle card, even if you could pay for it. You can always choose to just draw it as normal."

I want to see them use the M15 cycle of legendaries as their commanders: Avacyn, Guardian Angel; Jalira, Master Polymorphist; Ob Nixilis, Unshackled; Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient; and Yisan, the Wanderer Bard. Since there are 5 of them and only 4 players, they could just not play Avacyn. But the rest are all really cool, unique commanders that I'd love to see pitted against each other.

Great video! I have officially turned to team Suarez. I would love to see a Sapling of Colfenor deck sometime. Indestructible creatures and wrath effects. (Phylactery Lich, Spearbreaker Behemoth, Darksteel creatures and so on)

Great video, enjoyed seeing the new generals. I think a controlling commander like Sen Triplets would be a great fit for Wes. Plus, the Triplet's ability will help him cryptic command the right spells! :) I think Steven would be suited by a commander like Maelstrom Wanderer, Riku or The Mimeoplasm. They've got ramp, big creatures and splashy abilities. I think Justin would fit a grixis deck quite well - I'd imagine Sedris or maybe Thraximundar would be the best picks. Sedris's ability seems interesting, and can lead to some very interesting and interactive turns (and comebacks). Jon should probably be playing an artifact deck, or a red based deck. Sydri, maybe glissa. I could see him playing Zedruu, too, since he can durdle a little, and win the game from nowhere :-P. Shattergang brothers might even be a great fit for him.

After Justin cast Ugin around the 1:43:54 mark he untaps a land that was used to cast him. He tapped the right amount of mana (7 because he had 1 flouting from Relic) then untaps a land.

Why they left that dragon on board for so long is beyond me. Everyone had low life totals and that was allowing Suarez to swing twice. Parnell and Stephen both just looked over it as the swung removal at irrelevant things. I was screaming "EXILE THE DRAGON" the whole time... That being said, awesome episode once again. I love this "season" format. Look forward to next week.

Some suggestions for the grand finale: -Jhoira of the Ghitu -Grimgrin, Corpse-Born -Vorel of the Hull Clade, or maybe Nylea, God of the Hunt -as for white, I think something witch the En-Kor Ability would be great since there are cool combos, or otherwise just like standard tokenstuff Jazal Goldmane, Trostani or maybe Darien... As far as i know those were not covered jet, but would be quite interesting! However, you are doing a great job - hf

In honor of the great Danny West, I'd like to suggest an all-star list of Danny's previous decks, or at least the commanders. I'd suggest Angus, Urabrask, Sen Triplets, and Mayael (or Ruhan), and everyone plays Sensei's Divining Top. Dial down the spikiness get a little silly. Keep up the good work!

John Suarez : Red Green instant and sorcery based deck, using the idea of channel Fireball combo, but without Channel, because it is very banned. we're talking mirari, shattering spree, dual casting, Devil's Play, pyromancer's goggles, charmbreaker Devils, Mana reflection, Zendikar Resurgent, and gauntlets of power

Loving my Noyan Dar list. I tend to only get 1-2 huge lands. I understand that with retribution of the meek you might not want to do it. Im running a more cantrip centric list. So fun to untap with Noyan and an animated land and 1 shot someone out of nowhere.

The list for the final episode should be Wes-Rasputin Dreamweaver; it could be hardcore control until he plays omniscience to win Stephen-Angus Mackenzie; he could just play fatties and fog effects and ride them to victory Justin-Hazezon Tamar; Just play a bunch of buffs such as Wilt-leaf Liege to make your 1/1s super strong and strongarm his enemies Jonathan-Adun Oakenshield; play a bunch of dredge and reanimator effects on your dudes, make them zombies and chomp into the competition. I have a rasputin list online, I guess PM me and I'll send it, but I'm sure you'd rather make your own. ;p

at 1:22:49 Drana would not even be in valakut range if Wes remembered drana's trigger hits herself. Also failed to abuse the activated abilty of whip of erebos with Drana rather than paying 5 and then 7 could have let it hit the yard and whipped it back to get extra damage get extra triggers and then command zone it when it exiles at EOT.

I think it would be really cool if everyone played a five color deck. Progenitus, Reaper King, Child of Alara and Horde of Notions? I'm not sure if the power level of all of those decks are similar, but it would be cool! If not, seeing a Superfriends EDH would be cool too!

as I understand it, Drana's First strike means that +1/+1 counters are added to your other creatures before they deal damage.

I, personally, would love to see you guys do Bruna, Light of Alabaster v. Sigarda, Host of Herons v. Gisela, Blade of Goldnight v. Avacyn, Angel of Hope. The angels of Innistrad! Though I'd also be biased towards Bruna, as she's one of my favorite cards.

Hey I've been working on a Tasigur self mill/ multi mill deck. I would love to see Suarez pilot a deck like this and I want to see what in what fashion he wins/ loses. I would prefer to see a self mill but if you go and can mill everyone with mind grind, that would be sweet too!!!

I think it would be cool if all you guys played 5 colour decks so we can see how each of you would build a deck without any colour restrictions. That would reflect everyone's personality best since a 5 colour deck can easily be a combo or a control or any type of deck, depending only on the player that built it.

Commander Cube would be fun to see and allow you to show off a different approach to playing commander. Not sure if you'd want to go through the trouble of trying to film the draft, do it off-screen and show us the results afterwards, or what, but I'm sure there are lists available online that you could use.

Ideas for a video: Commander decks using a cardpool of any card printed in commander 2011, 2013 and 2014 only. Or build a deck for someone else, that you'll think they'll enjoy playing (perhaps a bonus point if that deck wins?).

my two personal favorite commander decks are my niv mizzet deck thats all about copying x damage spells (banefire devils play and such) and my sidisi undead because her and conjours closet work really well together its my tolbox deck that lets me get what ever i need for a situation

DECK REQUEST: I have gone to a website called EDHREC and randomly generated generals for each player. They are as follows: Jon= Norin the Wary Stephen= Seshiro the Anointed Wes= Kami of the Crescent Moon Justin= Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker Please use these generals. I feel as though it would be a different and refreshing game as not all of these commanders are used that often. I assigned these generals to players at random, but if you guys wish to trade with each other, that would be cool to. Yours truly, Davy

Please Star City Games, make card sleeves with the grizzly bear mixed with the black bear, polar bear, and bald eagle. I would sleeve every EDH deck I own in them. Some Commander VS sleeves would be awesome.

I would love to see someone play Karametra, God of Harvests. She is my personal favorite commander and you can do a lot of fun stuff with her - plus she gets a bunch of upgrades with BFZ that I have yet to play with.

what happened to stephen omnath? when a commander is sent to graveyard are exhile do you not have the choice to return it to the command zone?

The finale should be commanders that reflect the player personalities :) Norin the Wary for Wes haha - cause. yeah. :D Edric the Spymaster for Justin; tricky as ever Gwafa Hazid for Jonathan :D who keeps winning out of nowhere Kuon, Ogre Ascendant for Stephen; omnath's rage didn't get there, but the ogre is in ascendance!

Deck suggestions: the cycle of 6 mana dragons that do something when you deal damage to a play (Intet, Teneb, etc)

At 1:23:22, Jon kills Drana illegally. Wes forgot to put a counter on her when she dealt combat damage to Stephen the turn before (at 1:11:05) and since it isn't a "may" trigger she should have a toughness of 4 putting her out of range to be bolted
