Such a great movie, under rated for sure, Chong does such a great job in this flick, Lisa Milano is good in it too, I remember seeing this in the theater 1985 like it was yesterday....This Movie and Red Dawn were our Favorites....

I agree. It's so hokey and over the top, yet it really works. The comedic chemistry between Arnold and Rae Dawn Chong is great. And Arnold also has so many classic one liners (e.g., "Remember when I said I promised to kill you last? I lied."). This movie gets a thumb's up in my book. 👍

The film was Barry Diller's way of boosting Schawarzenegger. He just became head of Fox at the time and insisted Arnold would be in a Fox film. The Simpsons are 100% right to make the Yuppie Democrat who mentored Michael Eisner a symbol of 1980s corporate greed by making him the physical inspiration for Mr. Burns. The work he supervised at Paramount and Fox, and also his army of so-called Killer Dillers, made him a force to be reckoned with during the Reagan era

Love commando best 80s movie where Arnies human predator and red heat too,would say raw deal but that one’s more of a spin-off of both this and the terminator and Scarface and is known more as a generic gangster film most fans are there only to watch Arnie get payback for Tony
