How can one be a troop commander at 21 ? He does a very good job i was amazed when i saw he is just 21.

Really admire the man and the way he treated his "fellows"/"lads". But Rogers died in 2011 by an accident cause by one of his "friends". That was a huge loss

I'm surprised you can get somebody from 0 to being a Royal Marines Commando ready for the frontlines in only 7 months or so. But I guess they will then be around more seasoned soldiers, so it works.

Via plane crash. He was enjoying a flight as a passenger in his friend's biplane but it began to fail mid-flight.

Been there, done that. I've spent days in the wilderness, eating only what I catch or kill. It's not bad, sitting by a campfire eating fresh trout and salmon. During my last deployment I spent two weeks of R&R traversing Alaska, living mostly off salmon and a few food items I brought with me. Good times.

In their line of work they might come a cross a sityuation where they will have to kill another human being in cold blood. You cannot set that aside in their training.

I'm no vegetarian and I am aware that an animal has to die for someone to eat it. But I still think that the thing with the finger puppet was really unnecessary.
