Information about my playstyle in this game
No loading: I want this to be as real and immersive as possible, And that means if I make a mistake, I have to adapt to that quickly, and think quick.
Just loading whenever things dont go your way, takes away the risk and challenge of the game imo.
Stealthy but deadly: I will try to be as stealty as possible, but I will kill enemies using the gear i have avaliable. Using fists only might increase score, but I find it boring, and not as satisfying as driving a knife in someones back. You also miss out on using a lot of cool equipment.
All about the fun: I dont care about scoring or speed. I will do do these missions with the main goal of having fun. If you want a guide for solving these in a good time, and with perfect score, this is not the LP for you.

Before completing this mission I have neutralize all enemies and collect some books to get in the bonus stage

its security papers. If you do the south route trough the minefield, you can use them to open the gates by having the spy drive the car to the gate, dressed as an officer. After that, you could theoretically, get a truck, drive back and smuggle the other commandos inside, as I think they will be spotted if you try to smuggle them in via the car. I can't remember all the details It's a very involved and convoluted way to get inside, and in reality there is 0 reason to do this, as every other way is easier and quicker, but It's an option I guess 😉

You can use the marine's harpoon on land? I thought it could only be used under water? I still play the original though.

Normally you can't, But if you equip it underwater first, you can hold CTRL on land to use it, as CTRL will make you use the last weapon you equipped.

The nice thing about this game is that everyone can play it their way and with their tactics. I won't judge if I like the way you play. But why are you so chaotic and constantly changing your view?? And one more thing. This HD Remastered version is one big tragedy!!! I prefer to play the original version.

No, They are exactly the same. Only with more bugs hahaha, Like the SS soldier in the barracks stuck in the bed @ 45:38. Honestly, at this point, the Original is the better experience, Due to better Camera zoom, and less bugs. It also runs better, as You get stuttering, and low FPS, in certain parts, Especially when enabling viewcones, As you can probably see in this video sometimes. Other people have the same issue, so I doubt its my computer. I'll see in later missions

From what I hear, the only change is they got rid of Swastikas, so it can be sold in Germany without controversy. They have a strict anti Nazi policy. To them, even anti Nazi is still too much Nazi. It's mostly developed for console players. The PC release is so PC Elite don't scream "WHERE'S THE HD," even though it is the same game.

I'm sorry but the visuals of this version are horrible! Specially the commandos faces and expressions, and the items in the inventory look terrible... I think the original version looks waaay better
