Aww I love these vids of yung Emma 😂 I did this race from 8-12 years old and it was definitely my favorite! I may not have been very fast, but I can remember the course without any trouble :)

So I'm 11 almost 12 and I've only made it to track championships 2 times and i got 3rd and 5th out of my whole school district for 400 meter and i have a problem where I start in the lead but at last 80 metres i dont have enough energy and 1 person usually passes me...any tips? I really need some and i thought since u are a great runner and one of my inspirations u could help me out please...
