Judy = MVP. I raced my last college race in her hometown of Naperville. Man, let me tell ya, BEAUTIFUL CITY! Loved it, North Central and the whole city of Naperville holds a special place in my heart.

Can you circle where you are when commentating?

If you elect to start the race towards the back of the field you have to move up in the third lap. That means running the really hard part of the race faster than the rest of the field merely to be in a good position with c500 to go. Much better to be more positive and get up at the sharp end of the race from the gun.

I run 2 mile and 1 mile and 800 for 2 mile I was in 5th I am a end with a fast ending so I know in my head everyone is tried so that’s when I start to run and that’s always getting me to top 3 on my 1 mile I run jog so this race I felt strong about it and I was 4th and I was had a little opening my whole team was screaming and my last 400 I full on run and I ended up with 2nd and I am the top long distance runner for middle school and for cross country too I am top 3 for track and cross country I am top 10 for 10 middle schools I am worried Bc I beat a time for my school my 2 mile the old time was 16:43. And mine was a 14:15 I beat it by I think 2 mins idk but I am sad Bc I didn’t go summer track I am moving to houstan which is good Bc there good runners which is good for me I am gonna keep running and hope I get a into a college and my time for 1500 meters is 6:25 yeah I am love with cross country and teach :)

Why didn't you ever move up in distance? Just because you didn't do well in the small amount of 3ks you raced? I noticed after you left Oregon Lilli Burdon moved up and ended up being a better 5k runner than a 1500 runner or am I mistaken? Idk just off the top of my head.
