Hi Michelle, love your honesty & I agree with your thoughts. My 2 cents thoughts: 1. I practiced first in first out on bags which means I hv to sell 1 to buy another which led me to pre loved market. I don't baby my bags, & realised once the bag has used marks, her "selling value" will decrease at least by 20% even if to sell off in a short span of time. So it means I pay 20% more just for a brand new piece when I can simply get a good pre loved 20% lesser. I know it sound weird. Haha. 3. Also realised these luxury bags are just media/socially labelled as "high end luxury" yet they can also get moldy, get cracks over time! Especially with quality issues since 2020 on LV & Chanel leathers, let alone fabric/denim. 4. Without the perceived logo, does the same bag cost this much? If a superfake cost $100, while the same design authentic cost $3000, are we consumers being ripped off? 5. Don't repeat moral issues of authentic luxuries vs replicas child labour etc. Do these authentic luxuries companies pay high wages & commissions & bonuses to their employees since they hv been increasing the prices & command even hefty selling prices? If not, isn't this a form of inhumane act too? 6. Am I fake to buy a fake to try out whether this pricey bag suit me? Not fake but smart. If I am to buy a fake to sell as a real, then i am fake, despicable.

I'm sure someone will be upset with me typing this but here it goes. I saw my first legit super fake Birkin thanks to a life long friend this past weekend and I was in awe! We compared it to the real deal and could not tell the difference. Not the materials, not the size, not the leather, not the smell, nothing and it was an exotic leather. I'm not here to say do or don't buy. I'm just here to say I get it now. I understand why the company should be worried, I understand why customers would consider the super fake route, I understand all sides. I don't care what someone buys. If they like it, I love it for them! I buy what I like, what fits my budget and what fits my lifestyle because I am not about to sit a bag on a shelf only to be used once a year. My only issue is judgmental people who look at my bags, shoes, clothes, etc., and make judgment calls about my economic status. I work hard. Just because you see me carrying a certain bag, wearing a certain designer, etc., doesn't mean my work doesn't deserve to be rewarded with applicable pay raises just like anyone else. Nor does it mean, I have some sugar daddy and don't need to work, I'm a kept woman, or I think I'm better than anyone else. Stop making assumptions about people.

My daughters go to a private school and I used to be shocked by the variety of luxury handbags moms carry. Literally change them every day...weekly. until. I was invited to a purse party where their "purse ladies" were showing off their $200 high quality bags purchased at *topluxs* . I have a substantial collection of authentics but recently a friend of mine ordered a custom Hermes Kelly replica. It was legit identical to my authentic Hermes pieces. I haven’t pulled the trigger but plan to. They’re up to $2000 depending of what you choose but that’s still over a $10K savings. My friends even has the same smell as my Clemence leather piece.
