2:15 so proud of myself for shedding off the weight after i stopped unhealthy keto, promotes high fat, carb phobic diet, my cholesterol was up the roof, I gained weight, until i watched coach Greg Doucette and noticed that keto doesn't teach you to measure calories, so i was in a calorie surplus. Then i got that controversial cookbook.2 of Greg Doucette the weight started falling off and i even stopped that fasting thing i used to do with keto, i can now engage with work colleagues unlike before i couldn't eat because my eating window was closed 🔒 😂. Now with Coach Greg Doucette cookbook calories chart i know what to eat when i go out. Bye to fasting, bye to keto, bye to cholesterol , hello body recomposition, i am firm now and i can wear shorts with keto i was not firm yet was thin Lol. Gym is better, i now know worst and best exercises which i also learnt from Coach Greg Doucette channel, and indeed following the best exercises for specific body part has yeiled results for me and people are asking me what am i doing. Mortivesity is my favourite channel for gym and Absolute Motivation of course.

I have already found 3 other channels who only play a commercial every 8-10 minutes... this is far easier to tolerate than a commercial every 3-5 minutes... and it keeps my hard earned dollars in my wallet. Be cautious of the little things that eat away at your finances... it adds up. God Bless.
