More than 3years ago I was suffering from past life relationship. Since two days ago me and my dad got out of being depressed and started working out and talking more yea things for him are slow he is 70+ and I am 30 ish and we listion to this stuff every day and that's before our morning walk and than we do things that need done and straightening up our lives and forging forth in life. I thank the person who made this channel thanks for the kick in the ass and helping us light that fire of greater being. Again thank you and to any one who reads this you will become better its a long road some times it was in and out of feeling like crap. It was 15 years before I realized I was in a bad spot and I am working on myself and my dad is doing the same. I hope that someone will take it as a lesson and just get better and do what you were born to do and don't take no for a answer, don't beat yourself up, keep forging on.

Work out. It is going to be hard. But work out like crazy until your mind feels better… Eat veggies , protien and drink water. Lots of challenges ahead and it isn’t going to be easy but I promise you I was mentally ILL in the hospital not able to talk and I got out started working out and eating right and 16 weeks later I have a full time job, new music and a better relationship with the world around me. I literally thought my life was over and I got it back. You can do it. I believe in you. You may have thought yourself into depression but hit the gym.. exercise ! I promise you it gets easier. I still struggle with mental strength but these videos keep me going.. Just know you’re not alone. It’s all in our heads. We function better with exercise and the right food.

I have always felt lost, trying to find what I'm good at. I saw a video from my mom that said " Whatever you do that takes the least amount of effort, that's your gift do that" So finally I am doing art and opening a sticker shop because I want to motivate people, inspire people, give them a smile, I've gone through alot of depression and anxiety this year but I have started waking up with gratitude daily.

I was listening to this motivational speakers in 2020 when I was approached by one of the directors..he wanted me to assist in his department and I told him I have so much work to do..I took my earphones off and stopped the video and he went to see my manager at headoffice..he told my manager I am watching KZfaq.. my manager told me what transpired and he told him it was not possible because he could see my performance online..the next month I was retrenched without my manager knowing...I know its because of that..but these motivational talks inspire me to push myself and not give up Im an uber driver now but I know doors are opening..one step infront of the other and never give up..

Distilling some of these quotes, I discussed them with my 10 year old son last week, before the biggest race of his life. This helped him find the determination, without riding for 6 weeks to recover from a broken arm, to beat 16 riders, take the gold and finish the year 1st in his division. I have a job, home, family but having scoliosis n diabetes break me down alot. I felt like i cant live a good life n i didnt bother to fight. But now these motivational videos have me fighting again. Im exercising everyday and eating healthy. I gave up on my favorite thing ice cream. Im mostly focus on upgrading my job now. I believe i will become the better person in Jesus name 🙏🏻

Out of the blue, I started having seizures.. my 1st time catching them, I woke up 5 days later, in the hospital. I had to relearn how to walk, use the bathroom on my own. My memory was gone, didn't even know my children's ages. Well, the devil came to collect me, like 4 more times after that! Them seizures took away my independence. I'm used to be independent, due to the fact I was left to defend life on my own since age 12, I'm 43 now. I lost my apt, car just got repoed the other day. I'm trusting TMH, to keep me safe and not them 💉's, so the career I love, is no longer an option. Although, I know I have lost everything materialistic around me, as well as relationships.... I refuse to believe he saved, spared my life to just be here to lose! I know that when we think we are losing everything, we are in fact getting a new beginning. Those things may be gone, but I know God is not, and he will bring me up out of this, like he did soo many times before! I love you Lord and my trust and faith is in you, to bring me out of this bigger and stronger Amen!

This was one if the most inspirational videos I have ever heard . I relate a lot to what he said by over coming my pain and making it my fortune. I am writing a book right now about homelessness and the things that the people are plagued by that make them homeless and jeep them down. We don't have enough people, support, encouragement to stand behind us and push us to becoming something we never thought to be possible, and how hard it is to see us come up out of the hardships that have us so low to begin with..... this video is a 10 I would recommend any body to listen to it for the next 30 days straight and see if their lives don't change for the better good of man kind. Very moving, and it helped me reflect on what I had been through and motivated me to becoming someone and something better

Just listened to this while working out and man did it pump me up!!! I'm going to keep going after typing this. I'm going to own some acreage! I'm going to build a beautiful home on it!
