захват всего мира практичнее делать до прожатия последней реформы, можно даже затащить в империю испанию, португалию и великобританию, взяв их столицы, добавив в империю, вернув через кнопку на провке и в след войне забрав их новую столицу. да, потребуется время, чтобы они "успокоились" и стали голосовать за последнюю реформу, с идеями на дип репутацию и 100 имперского авторитета они согласятся. всякую африку можно по цепочке передавать принцам-колонизаторам, типа норвегии, голландии, бретани, иногда прованса и др. и потом одной кнопкой объединяешь всех и получаешь достижение за ВЦ
