In this video, I dig up a vigorously growing Hazel tree that I planted just a year ago. I needed to use a spade as a trowel and a hand fork just wasn't cutting it.
I have to apologize for the poor camera angle and I'll try to improve my setup going forward.
I get the tree up out of the large container I was growing it in, give it a good root prune, remove some of the more troublesome roots, and pot it up in a 22cm pond basket.
I also ask for help and advice on how to prune a Hazel tree in the video as I'm not sure how to style it. I will of course do some research on this matter myself and go with my gut eventually.
