Yea I would be curious to know how he did that cuz I was wanting to do that to my 98 dually, pulling/toy.. but like the common rails cuz of the power gains..

What was the reason going to a 03 common rail? Just more power and tunning

My guess is either that’s whY he had in hand or the 03/early 04 don’t have internal EGR, only 2 injector cycles vs 3.

Thats absolutely rediculous the painless harness was dog $%/+. To what extent is the custom harness running the truck? Is it mainly a stock 03 harness with a few splices to adapt a few things?
