Nehru (India), President Ayub Khan (Pakistan), Mr Louw (Minister for External Affairs, South Africa), Tuanku Abdul Rahman (Federation of Malaya), Sir Roy Welensky (Central African Federation) and Mr Cooray (Ceylon's Minister of Justice).
