love this!! always makes me so happy to see strong women climbing together! i've had a hard time finding a girl group at my gym, but in the meantime, watching you all climb makes me feel supported too :)

The shot at 5:20 of Eugenie climbing which transitions into Carmen after she tops out is soooo slick - and something I've never seen on any climbing channels before! Perhaps the bobats could learn a thing or two... 🤔😂

Love climbing, however here i am laid out on my sofa with a cup of tea watching you guys because a month ago i ruptured a disc in my back and in the process of recovery & therapy. not climbed for over 4 weeks now. glad your having fun and looking strong.

Oh my gosh! That's horrible, I have two herniated discs in my lower back, sending sympathy! Keep it moving if you can! DM us on insta if you want any more info on what I've found helpful, I've had the injury for 10 years x

@@BoulderingDabRats Thanks for the reply and wow you all look young, fit & strong, to have herniated discs already, yeah its not good and now i have learned all about Sciatica. I don't know what "DM" is and i think you mean Instagram? sorry i don't have social media, only utube and actually not that many videos as much as i like on my fav sports like Climbing and Swimming because nobody to film, and people don't like you filming and swimming pools and climbing gyms. All i can say is i really love swimming and climbing, mountain biking and snowboarding, plus yoga and drinking lots of Green tea :) love your channel, watched you all for years.

Oh yes I know sciatica very very well :( I used to lie on the floor with my knees up at a right angle over a chair, it helps to relax the nerve impingment. I hope you make progress quickly, but it's a very unpleasant injury - mine started at 16 and was pretty awful! But most folks recover much much quicker than I did! Hope you can get back to doing all the things you love really soon and thanks for supporting our channel ☺️😊☺️
