I think Baugher’s role on this team is underlooked by many people. He’s already a dawg on the court, but his ability to boost his teamates when someone isnt producing like they should be on the court (for example Cruz on that last game) is phenomenal. Hes real direct and at the same time understanding which is the perfect way to handle dealing with your teamates. He may come off snappy but that’s just how it is when there pressure and money on the line with everything to fight for.Especially since everyone wants to take down Joe and his 5 out scheme😂

There’s a difference between pushing and motivating your teammates to play better and being toxic and cancerous.

He definitely went a bit overboard, but they're playing for money, can't fuck up while chasing the bag. That leader role requires you to talk a lot to prevent people from going quiet and racking up mistakes. You need communication to win these, and especially gotta call out whoever's lacking on their role. Baughter played that role, and it wasn't pretty, but it got them the W, and they're all happy to win in the end.
