Hello, the full version of DigiRIP is included with purchase of the equipment. Customer is to install the trial version and then input the provided activation code to unlock full version:)

Hello, our Miro 13's purifier switch doesn't light up when in the on position. Is this normal?

Hello, the power switch should turn green and the numbers on time temp should light up. Is there any sound from the purifier when you turn the switch on?
