I had on a shirt with dtf printing on it I wore it took an off an threw it on a chair a few days when I came back to move the shirt I noticed a where the shirt was kinda folded the DTF cracked…. Any idea why

Hello & Happy Fourth of July to u & the family. My question is that I received a dtf transfer film from a long distance friend of a friend but i forgot to ask if it's a cold or hot peel film. How would i know the difference on the film. I tried to Goggle this question but came up with different answers that i wasn't looking for. Maybe I'm asking the question wrong. Hello, to marry the A and B sheets together you press at 310 F for 120 seconds. HOWEVER, it is recommended by the manufacturer BEFORE you press the sheets together to first PREHEAT the lower platen by closing the machine at 310 for at least 5 minutes empty so that heat is radiating from the lower platen also

Hello, if you are hardwired by a physical USB cable we do not recommend wireless settings or options. In the software you can check on the printer mapping (Queue -> Manage Queues -> Port) to make sure the connection is in place!

Quick Glide film for the win! It's seriously the most consistent film we have EVER used!!! Make sure you tell your transfer customers to "rip it like a band-aid". Yes, as far as width you will be capped at 7.87" but length wise, because it's a roll, are not limited in print size. For artwork you need to produce WIDER than 7.87" you can simply rotate 90 degrees in the software

My prints are coming out like small water dropplets instead of whait would be. It's like the entire image is printing in tiny dropplets forming the image. My maintenance liquid is really low, so I was thinking maybe thats it? But Epson has the Maintenance liquid on back order 😤😡🥹 Im losing orders I cant fullfill. Can I get some insight in what the issue could be? Theres also an error reading 00138 Fatal error?

Hey there, first thing we would want to check is the nozzle check. The incomplete prints sound more consistent with clogged nozzles. The Epson direct support line is where we go for the fatal errors as they advise to deal with those direct (hardware). Hoping the backorder ends soon on the maintenance liquid!

I can't even get the 800ML for the Epson 2270. Since Epson hasn't "made enough" because my $16k machine is "fairly new" I can't afford to have this problem. My prints currently aren't working out because my ML is low. I am a small business and I can't afford that. I am asking friends who have converted printers to make my prints because Epson has maintenance items out of stock.

I bought the Epson F2270. Parts and maintenance items are usually on backorder. I really am regretting buying this high cost printer $16k. Now I'm getting Error 01138 "fatal error" I don't know what that means and there in no info on it. Can anyone help?

This unexpected backorder caught all of us by surprise. We have been assured Epson is taking all available measures to rectify the situation and we will alert all F2270 customers once stock is replenished.

I am so disappointed that Epson does not have the necessary parts available. I've been struggling with back order parts and Maintenance liquid. It is so absolutely disappointing to have this issue. I have bought from many different vendors and they all run into this issue of not having stock. I wish I would've saved my money and purchased something with more accessible parts and maintenance items. I am so nervous that I won;t get the parts I need before I need to start my big order. Those situations hurt small businesses like mine.

At 20 seconds that should be totally safe to use. Have you tried the new instant peel Quick Glide? It's normal application setting is 266 F for about 10-15 seconds: ALL MATERIAL

@@AAPrintSupplyCo it’s in my cart! Just got my R2 Pro bundle from you guys! But my first attempt on a Bella and Canvas was no good because the sleeves weren’t the same size lol. Prints are looking amazing though, still have a lot to learn. Now I’m trying cotton/poly blends on black shirts and I’m getting a little discoloration from the press.

@@MightyGunzTV When we are pressing fabric at heat press temperatures there will be a physical dehydration that we often can see. If you are using your standard settings the above 285 we mentioned should improve our results. ALSO, we may be applying excessive pressure. Loosening that up can have a positive impact from heat press marks especially with the heat settings we discussed

Hi Esteban, Just got my printer from you guys. I noticed that when I installed the white ink, the screen showed it as half empty already when they're supposed to be brand new. I noticed that in your video as well. The colored bars are completely full though. Is there a reason why the white ink bars are half empty?

Hello, upon the initial charge the printer will consume a certain % of ink, I have noticed this since back in the old F2000 days. Great thing is the 2270 comes with full inks where the older models shipped with starter ink carts and we would advise to purchase 2 additional full size whites with the previous gen. What you are experiencing is normal for initial set up.

Great question: on adult sizes around 4" wide is pretty standard and then the height will ratio out to whatever keeps aspect ratio. If the pocket print is a circle or square I may go a little smaller perhaps around 3.5" width. If the logo is more of a rectangle shape and not an even square I sometimes will drag the width wider to about 4.125" Hope this helps, feel free to send me a file to review for a more specific recommendation: [email protected]
