So true. Growing zones, soil type, climate, seed varieties, fertilizer and amendment types, all play a part in the varied outcome of gardens.

Page 91 sounds like the amount of nutrition study available in medicine courses. 😉 Great support tutorial for companion gardening. Will add some I learned today to my garden. 👍🏻

Thank you for sharing your garden and knowledge with us. I’m a KZfaq gardener too. It’s my 3rd year and ever year I try to get better. This year I’m trying intercropping/companion planting. I found your channel in my research. This is very helpful and I and so happy I found your channel because it has so much to offer. I hope we can learn more from each other as we grow our gardens and our channels! Happy Planting!

Thank you! I’m kind of new to companion planting, and you broke this down to its simplest form for I could understand it and the simple examples you have helped me immensely. Thanks again!! New subscriber here!!

(respondido usando Google Translate)

Any idea what to plant next to the Marigolds to stop the slugs eating them? Slugs will be the end of my allotment before I’ve even started 😂

In my opinion, the best defense against slugs is DE / diatomaceous earth.

Hello. I just started gardening in Texas. Can you tell me the varieties of cucumbers and tomatoes that you think grow best in Dallas?
@ShadesofGreenTX Жыл бұрын
For any county in Texas, your best option is the local Master Gardeners association, a program of the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service. Most will provide information on what grows best in that specific area. For Dallas County, this link offers vegetables info: dallascountymastergardeners.org/get-help/gardening-resources/
