I haven't found a singer who can evoke emotion in oneself more than this woman.

I have had to privilege of seeing Dianne Reeves perform live may times. She has one of the purest voices I've heard. Anyone who has the opportunity to see her live absolutely should do so... she is unbelievable. I am familiar with this song for a reason that has nothing to do with Dianne Reeves but when I was searching for it by Sue Ann I found it recorded and live by Dianne Reeves and there was no reason for me to search further... she sing the s**t out of it!

nobody rocks it with the wretchedly naked helplessness of RLJ, but the utter protest against the acceptance of the total irredemable loss of love, diane reeves does it for me. "Naw, NOT LIKE YEW!" that's what it feels like. for reals.
