So, which one do you reccomend? I need a VST with shouts!

On the topic of detail, I think the gap is a lot smaller if you use the same microphone setup on Chorus as SCU. The mixed mic options in Chorus seem like they have the close mics turned down quite a bit compared to the SCU mics that had the close mic set at 0 dB. SCU still gets more of that guttural vocal fry, but that likely comes down to the technique and the style difference in Slavic choir versus traditional choir. Dat SCU low end though.

“Tripple F” is called a fortississimo. PPP is called Pianississimo. FF is fortíssimo while f is called forte. P is piano and PP is pianissimo. MF IS Mezzo forte….This is definitely a video I’ve been wanting to see so thanks man!

Thanks for doing this. Very different. No choir library is perfect but these two are both very useful sounding IMO. Storm Choir Ultimate sounds like more percussive (I know its not the right word) and Chorus sounds a bit more smooth - I would still fall back on Storm Choir for intensity in something like trailer music but I wouldn't want to overuse it.

Haha, goodness, maybe place a limiter as part of your "empty project" Cubase template (won't solve the difference between the two libraries, but it's still a good idea also given the white noise of death other libraries have)? Thanks for the video, though!

Might be good to use something like Hornet's VU Meter or The Normalizer to help balance out the levels next time around. Helps to avoid those volume spikes and eliminates the "louder is better" effect. :)
