Sir video tbodi biased hai kyunki jaise Uttarakhand JE hai toh 4600 Gradepay se start hai 3 years me 4800 Grade pay or state JE end me 7600 Grade pay pe retire hota hai or CPWD JE 5400 pe.. mujhe lagta hai aapne kych Jada hi one sided video bana di hai sir Bhut sare log CPWD JE chod ke homestate JE me ana psnd krte h
