Alcohol was the worst withdrawal I have ever been through. I couldn't move, eat sleep for months. I even had an admission in the psych ward. 2 years sober now.❤

@@dannyboydeluxfromthebigitybaya bottle of whisky a day with strong beer aswell usually the moment I woke up so that I could function I was still working full time, a high functioning alcoholic basically. My dad died when I was 27 from cancer and my girlfriend left me and took the kids then i never saw them again. I guess I was drowning my sorrows.

@@THEF4LLOFM4N wow man... That sounds really rough.. sorry to hear happened to you. Alcohol can drown your sorrows but once you stop it all hits you at one time. That's definitely a lot though. I was drinking a pint of vodka a day with a tallcan or so and my bad withdrawal phase lasted about 3 days but I had a light lingering uncomfortableness for a week or 2 after. My weed withdrawal wasnt nearly as bad but I was definitely very uncomfortable for a week and could not sleep for shit and felt bored and way to energetic.

Quiting weed is just matter of a decision with anxiety one full day after in my case. It does not even need any detox. You can smoke every day Monte straigjt, then quit and do it only sometimes. With alcohol is impossible I think

I find it abit easier quitting weed then I used to however whenever I stop I get aggravated with everyone. Like everything triggers me it's kinder annoying tbh

It’s so easy to quit if you do it right, it’s been over 9 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal after go’ogling and reading Steffon Barkload, not even within the first 30 days after I quit and told no one, did not need AA meetings or meds either.

I know alcohol detox it's worse it was awful but I actually cannot stop smoking weed I cannot think straight or sleep

Both suck but alcohol is scary detox.. weed detox is just uncomfortable
