Everyone can claim someone is guilty. Court/Police are the only ones to be able to claim guilty in the name of the law and the country. Both people and Courts (which are people) make mistakes. Even if courts had 0.1% change of failing, it would still mean thousands of innocents in jails/ guilty people free. It's important to be aware that while courts and police investigation are the best mechanism to decide if someone is guilty, it has it's limitations, obviously. Now, i'm not saying he his guilty. But my position is that the fact that there's no physical evidence of what happen to someone like poopernoodles, it doesn't mean it didn't happened. It only means that there's no evidence. This being sad, anyone can thing either one is telling the truth. But it's more likely to believe that one is lying and not several other unconnected people. It actually makes logical sense to do so.

@@chills3453 No. You cant simply call a guy rapist with no evidence. Otherwise you can get into prison for such serious false accusation.

@@samprice1302 these girls destroyed a company and ruined people's lives. I hate the fact people began making conclusions based on twits and not police evidence. This is not how fair justice works
