Wow, lots of good information, thank you. I've been watching lots of Brevo videos, however, none of them explain how to personalize the emails to subscribers, why is that? Is there a way to personalize the emails? Also all I want is: whenever I get a subscriber, send them an email within seconds with a CODE number, but I want to personalize that email with their names, how do I do that? Thanks :)

Hello, You created an email page on Email under the Campaign , but then You chose the templates under the Automation by sending emails. Where will we use Testing Video editing email? Why do we need to create templates under Templates again to send email after Video testing email under Email section:(

hello, Can I create the second email? For instance, let’s say I have sent the first email, for 3 days wait, and then sent the second email in this way, can I use it. You created firs email and then you jumped into the Whatsapp email. Did I see it or didn't this tool have this feature? I will be glad if you reply🙏🏻

Hello, yes you can create a second email by using the Automation Tool. Just add the second send email action onto the workflow. Hope this was helpful!
