How many Europeans build tank models ? Any way to figure this out ?

I generally find 1/16 an easier scale than 1/35. Because the parts are usually bigger

I've got the AHHQ kit on pre-order too, along with the Jeep, but having just received and started the ILK offering I certainly won't be 'binning' it. For starters it offers the early split loader's hatch version, which is nice, even though they have included the 'wrong' T80 tracks. On the subject of the T80 tracks in the IL kit, they are incredibly nicely detailed with metal pins and jigs are included for assembly. My plan is to use the IL T80 tracks on the AHHQ kit, and the T66 tracks in the AHHQ kit on the IL since that was the most commonly seen combination for early E8s that hadn't had field replacements of entire tracks. The IL kit also, oddly, has more detail in some areas than the AHHQ kit - no idea why those particular components were singled out. The IL kit has rubber road wheel and idler tyres too, with nice sidewall detail, fully sprung suspension, and in the initial release a few frets of very nice photo etch. I think there are advantages to both kits, and I am very much looking forward to having and building both (and the Jeep too, of course).
