Complete explanation of Magar مگر in Persian Farsi

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. Today's topic is the Persian/Farsi word مگر / magar, a tiny word that packs a world of meaning. This word is a little bit like دیگر / digeh in the sense that it's used frequently, but there's no great translation for it, so it can be a little confusing. Today, we'll see 4 ways to use it, and hopefully, by the end of this video, the meaning will be more clear and you'll also feel more comfortable using it. Ponta thanks so much for doing this. ... technical thing from a fellow blogger. Most of us including myself have a lot of clicks in our speech (sounds like crackling) in the 4 khz to 6 khz range. Might try dropping those bands down. Me, I drop 5 K by 5 dB, that gets rid of a lot of it.

"Magar" in Urdu means "But." Urdu also uses "laykin" for "but."

@@mypersiancorner there is this song Main shayar( poet) to nahin Magar ai hasin. Jab se dekha Tujhko mujhko Shayari aa gayee (I am no poet But (magar), beautiful one Seeing you I turn into a poet (shayar)
