Do you still recommend that I use a 0.5 mm needle, or would I be okay using a 1.0 mm needle? 2. How often should I be using the dermaroller on my head/scalp? I have heard once a week and once a month for 1.0 mm needle. 3. Do I need to sterilize the needles with alcohol before and after I use the dermaroller or just after? 4. Can I take a shower right after dermarolling or do I need to wait a specific amount of time before doing so? 5. Can I shampoo (I use regenepure) or should I avoid doing so the day that I dermaroll?

I've been derma rolling 3 times a week with .75 540 needles then putting on black castor oil at night and around 8a.m ill apply minoxidil looks like it's been helping me pretty well. But ppl are saying to get 192 needles . But Ive seen good gains

Avoid anything that's scented, and don't use glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). Retinol and vitamin C serum should be avoided for at least the first 48 hours after microneedling.
