We stayed here last year and it was great. Very calm and comfortable. Nice staff, good service, tasty food. Room service menu is not the biggest in the world, but good overall and relatively quick at any hour. Overall, the place seemed more relaxing than some of the bigger all inclusives in the hotel zone. Plan to go back again. Recommend a reputable private shuttle to and from, given the semi off the beaten path location.

Hi @DL-wk2ez thank you for watching. Happy to know you liked it. I did try the room service, it was okay compared to other all inclusive resorts like Xcaret or Sandals. But don’t let that fool you, it’s totally worth the try 👍🏻

Question what do you suggest is a good amount if money to take for a 4 day trip? Is food included in the hotel fee?

Drinks and food are included in the all inclusive You also get room points to use to stock the fridge in your room with pop beer or snacks If you are just going to stay at the resort and not do any excursions or spa days the only money you really need to take is for tipping We tip the maid at all meals and for pretty much every drink so maybe 30 to 40 dollars a day for tips but that's optional There are also some extra cost wines and surf and turf deals at the ala cartes The food is very good so we don't ever go for those things

Hi Milo 😊 love your informative video! I will be traveling there next week and have a question - I will be most likely getting an Uber from center Cancun to the resort but do you know if the hotel property has any restrictions regarding Uber drivers dropping off? Thank! :)

Hi @nicolemartinez2317 thank you so much for watching 😊 so happy to know you loved and found it helpful. This a great question, but I don’t have a solid answer for it. Yet, it shouldn’t be a problem based on my experience at similar hotels. As long as the security team can confirm you’re the person who made the reservation, I don’t see why there would be an issue. Same with the pick up. As long as the driver gives security the name of the person who made the reservation, then it shouldn’t be an issue. But please call the hotel ahead of time and confirm because I’m not 100% sure. 👍🏻

I think you might be confused with their new property “Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya” - this is the one that’s adults only. My video is from “Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun” and this is a family-friendly resort. Hope that clarifies any misunderstandings. Cheers 🤙🏻

@sammi3p Thanks for watching. Yes, they do. The Beach House Restaurant offers buffet-style breakfast every morning. On Tuesdays (I think), the same restaurant has Mexican nights, and dinner is buffet-style too during that night. Aside from that, they have 3 other a-la-carte-style restaurants...also included, so you have many options for food.
