I have dry eczema skin and i recently got diagnosed with steroid acne due to prolonged usage of a steroid cream on face, i was given anti biotics and some cream for my acne/pimples and was advised to not use any moisturizer etc, even tho i told her that i have extremely dry skin, it has been 2 weeks and the acne has calmed down but not leaving nd my skin is rlly dry all the time, please somebody help me out here with any advice that they can offer, thank you
