I don't find it useful to upgrade front tyre But still if you want to do it gets for 80 100 17 it will be a very minor upgrade For rear you can go for 100 90 17 or 100 80 17 which ever is available

You will have to change the rear rim along with the tyre And I don't think it can accommodate 12" rear wheel

No speedo error if you will upgrade after doing proper calculations And even in majority of motorcycles Speedo is connected through front wheel so upgrading rear tyre will not affect it
