Try spraying your work with coloured pencil fixative first then add your white. I would make sure to spray 2 or 3 layers making sure it dries in between each one. Good luck.

Lovely colouring. Your choice of colours really compliment each other. I also find it annoying when white pen marks turn another colour....happens a lot with the Posca white pen. I usually give it a couple of days to dry thoroughly then go over the white areas again. Seems to do the trick. X

Hi Rachel, I'm looking forward to your upcoming tutorials on Rita Bergman. However, could you go a bit easy on the speed colouring and do at least some of them in normal speed with comments?

Rachel Is distressed ink the same as using soft pastels? I love your flip thru and as usual your colouring book is beautiful

Distressed ink is similar. However, once it dries it is permanent which means there is no smudging or transfer like pastel. However, I have found they go through some paper, to the bac of the page, which is why I do not use them as often as maybe I should!
