Jordan, at 14.34 you feature the beautiful home with the "desert flower" look; this type of garden's best feature is that it is drought tolerant. I see many California native plants within it. Traditional lawns take so much precious, and increasingly expensive, water to maintain. A California native garden is an astonishingly beautiful and easy to maintain alternative.

You’re right, Jordan; such a beautiful neighborhood! I’m so glad the Brady house is back to its original state. I would love to see the inside. We visited California 2 years ago and stayed at The Beverly Garland Hotel and walked from our hotel to the Brady Bunch House, absolutely loved the neighbourhood. The Brady Bunch House had the white fence in front when we were there. Enjoyed watching you walk down the same area🙂

Did you know that the Beverly Garland was named for the actress who played Mrs. Steve Douglas on the old My Three Sons television program. She was once the owner of the property. Her son married Tina Cole who played Katie (Rob's wife) on that show.

Being a Star Trek fan, I found that tidbit about the Enterprise model starting its life at that house fascinating! Another fantastic vlog!

I kind of felt let down over the fact that they had to put Greg's super cool attic bedroom down in the add on basement..I get the fact that this was not a two-story house but still in order to say it is exactly like the one from the show is stretching it just a little..

I love seeing all those old back in the day houses. Such architecture. I don't like the modern style. I love the house that had the stone work on it and that beautiful fence wow . It also had a very interesting history behind it . It's nice to know that they're nice people living there now. If I remember correctly I think they were talking about renting out the Brady house on a limited basis. Like for Vacations or something like that. But I'm not sure I remember that correctly. I think they did a great job renovating the inside of that house. Thanks for the Memories
