I'm taking a massive risk this year by completely changing the way I train, I used to run less than 30 miles a week with plenty of cross training. However being in and out of injury means I've had to try something new, doubling my mileage will strengthen my body, condition it to be able to take more of a beating. When I'm expected to race up to 3 times at major championships I need to trust my body will hold up.
