This staff has capsule 2 lights, which has 64 modes that are all customizable. Different modes will last for different lengths of time - the one that uses the most power is the solid all white mode, while the modes that leave trails last longer. There are also 5 levels of brightness - the brightest level 5 will last much shorter than level 1 in any mode. We have many tips and tricks for increasing battery life, including adjusting your auto-sleep/auto-wake settings - you can have the lights dim or shut off after a few minutes of not using. This was a quick phone video for a spontaneous flow session, and low lighting would have made Aileen blurry ;) We have a lot of other videos that are filmed with more pro camera and lighting, but those do take quite a bit to set up and organize. We do like to highlight the artist and their movements though, so our videos are never totally dark :)
