I’m glad to stumble across this I’m going for guardingship of my grandson I hv him from 3 dates old his mom my daughter died when he was 3 years old now 6 year old today his father is not supporting him but yet show up denying my plea for guardian to the baby thanks I’ve learn a little listing to you so I will use it Monday to fight for my baby

What about this scenario: 1) biological parent’s rights are terminated 2) current guardian is mentally and emotionally abusive 3) minor wants to move out and live with someone else that has a long established relationship with minor 4) minor is afraid of current guardian knowing for fear of conflict What steps need to be taken?
