I appreciate the information but the legal system is a joke. My wife falsely accused me of domestic assault and I was arrested so I'm fighting a criminal case. I immediately filed for divorce because of her ongoing emotional abuse towards me and the false accusation with that. However, because of the process, she gets full custody of the children and starts alienating them from me--slowly and slowly diminishing my visits with them. Then, we go to a protection order hearing where she lied about every accusation she told the judge. Because of the criminal case, I had to remain silent so things I said could not be used against me--according to my criminal attorney. Of course, the judge gives her the restraining order and on top of that, I have to take a batterers intervention program (BIP) class. I thought the justice system was designed to protect the innocent. Upon her alienating me from my children, we had to hire a GAL who has realized that my wife has severely manipulated the children to hate me. I have been a devoted father for 16 years and my two oldest hate me? It's because me wife has told them siliceous lies and the GAL agrees with me but we have to pay for me to have therapeutic visits with my kids until we go to a hearing to give me back 50/50 custody which is what I asked for in the divorce in the first place. After that, we have to go to family counseling so a counselor can undo my wife's mind control over the kids. Then I meet with the BIP therapist and she wants to know what happened. Well, I can't tell her, per my criminal attorney, because she can be called on the stand. So, I explain this to her and she says she can't have me in the class if I don't tell her what happened. I relate this to the criminal attorney, he tells me something I can say, and I contact her back letting her know I can take the class and she tells me that now I can be forthcoming--as if I was lying or something. I'm afraid to see how this class is operated now. The good news out of all of this is that we have a hearing coming up and I have caught my wife in some blatant lies and have evidence to prove it. Unfortunately, she's already done her damage already. I'm the abused one but no one is listening.

Bla bla.bla. bla.all this courts order rules payments for this and this are only enforcement for fathers a women can done wherever their want violated court order and nothing happens bcz simple is a poor women she can move out state line in secret with kids without a court order or father consent and nothing happens just a sample how women are protected by system not matter what's their actions

If a partial stipulation was filed 7 months prior to a chapter 11 was filed by one of the spouses, does it become invalid? Keep in mind decree is not aigned yet.

Disclaimer: I havent watched the video yet and im certain I will agree with it entirely, but the best thing to do is probably really get to know your potential partner before you have children so you don't have to deal with that mess your entire life. I know in reality things happen and its rarely that cut and dry, but I can't even imagine having a child with someone I didnt already know is narcissistic... that stuff shows signs pretty quickly, best to pay attention before a child comes into the mix.

When the courts enforce this its like a middle finger to the single parents. It's hard enough to financially support your kids as a single parent let alone being able to save. Especially when one parent takes you back to court 3 x since the time of the divorce for a change in custody.

As a child with a narc parent I learned to use the tactics mentioned in the beginning very quickly, and guess what? All that did was put the onus on me to be the mature party in all conflicts. She felt that because I was level headed and reasonable, she never had to be. But somehow that attitude also meant I thought I was better than her. You can’t win, you will never change them, the only way to win their game is not to play.

This video came too late for me. My only kid (she’s 24) has been brainwashed by her EXTREMELY narcissistic mother; the kid hasn’t spoken to me in more than five years.
