I used the Wise's Sigil: Dragoon Drain. It replaces offensive spell with an ability "Jump" that lets me jump over the spinning move and do massive damage on the landing, but it always puts me to stasis. Likewise, the curative spell is replaced with "Lancet" which drains a small amount of MP (and HP, tho it didn't matter) from the enemy, allowing me to get out of stasis immediately.

Also, since you're like, a walking encyclopedia of FFXV knowledge, do you happen to know how much exactly Jitterbug buffs? I've read some sources claim its 20% STR and VIT and some sources say its 50% STR and VIT.

I'm using the Wise's Sigil, which changes my curative spell to Lancet so I cannot use Jitterbug even if I had Dancing Daggers. As for why I'm using Wise's Sigil, it was mainly just because it was (and still is) my favorite sigil and it made dodging Bahamut's spinny move a lot more comfortable. I also just wanted to show off the sigil since it is a more rare pick in general. The short answer is yes, Penetrator X is just the best choice on everything. Anyone can parry those attacks regardless of bahamut's HP. The reason why the parry prompt doesn't show up is due to how the parry mechanic works in Comrades (and base XV). Only the person currently targetted by the attack can see the parry prompt. Even though those attacks are map-wide in their effect, Bahamut still always has a target, and only that target can see the parry prompt. You start seeing it more frequently later into the fight because the AI is already dead by that point and cannot be targetted.

Thanks man knowing when to expect the parrys helps so much but I still cant get past the raining swords this is definitely the best fight in the game and the most fun, everything else feels like there's a timing and technique to it but I've had the raining swords attack fuck up so many good runs with no damage before hand and it's such a morale killer cuz I feel like it's mostly random idk I could be wrong but the warp spam doesn't feel reliable at all is there a trick to it I'm missing?

@@younglightskin2685 Warp spam isn't a very good approach to begin with. It only works in base FFXV and only if you're using Ragnarok. In Comrades especially, basic attacks are way more important that warp strikes. If by "raining sword attack" you mean the one he starts using in the last phase (6.35 in the video), then you don't have to parry that if you have a hard time pulling it off. If you run to the edge of the map, and stand *between* the spots where the warp towers used to be, it's just straight up miss you. The magic spirals caused by the attack will spiral from the center and hit where the warp towers used to be, so just stand between them and you'll be safe.

@@asetoniffxv22 i dont have much of an issue with the attack you're referring to because as long as you have the timing down you can realistically deal with it. when I say raining swords i'm referring to the attack at 2:32 of your video. This is what I mean by the warp spam doesn't feel reliable. Sometimes I make it past the attack by warp spamming away at the edge of the map by the grace of God only for bahamut to kill me the next time he does the same attack when I'm literally warp spamming the exact same way. It ruins every good run I have against him
