@@DeLorean4 "Battered chicken" is a chicken deep fried in a "batter" of flour, eggs, and water (sometimes beer). Coincidentally, " battering" someone is an informal term for "beating up." Ike Turner was notoriously violent towards Tina.

Racism is a very serious accusation. You wouldn't call someone a rapist without a serious reason. Don't call things racist just because they have something to do with race. I think Conan's comedy mixes well with urban types of humor. He doesn't try to be down, he just embraces his whiteness and pokes fun at himself. Makes it much less awkward and more funny. The contrast is entertaining.

I grew up with white and black friends and Conan reminds me of some of my white buddies . They never tried to act black to fit in. It's much less awkward when they are themselves - their own level of crazy ass white guys.

I’d watch a show of just the two of them, Deon’s face is absolutely priceless about 90% of the time. Conan and Deon need to do a food/travel show together where they go places that make Conan super uncomfortable.

I’m from the south and I really can’t explain to people how amazing Mac and Cheese is when it’s cooked the way it is at soul food or southern dining restaurants. When it comes out of the oven and the top of it has that baked, gold and slightly brown crust…. My god. You can’t do it justice unless you get out and try it.

@@0ffBeats Mannnn, it’s good eating bro. I live on the border of SC/NC. If I drive two minutes north I’m in North Carolina, so my whole life I’ve basically lived in both states. I’m 2 hours away from Myrtle Beach, two and a half hours from Columbia and two and half hours away from Charlotte, NC. I didn’t mention it before but even the BBQ we made famous, that Carolina Gold BBQ. It’s something special. I might drive down to Columbia, SC and go to Maurice’s and get a few pounds of it just from talking to you about Carolina food 😂 Hell, even the athletes we got are starting to compete with what comes out of Florida. Michael Jordan, Deandre Hopkins, Zion Williamson, Ja Morant, there’s definitely something in the water down here. I mean the athletes coming out of here is nuts, especially for how small the Carolinas are compared to Florida.
