thank you so much sir, across youtube i didnt find 1 good tutorial for this and even in class my teachers failed to explain this one experiment properly, but finally here i understood. kudos to your effort and all the other videos on experiments have been very helpful too.

um but why the light didn't diverge while passing through the concave lens in your ray diagram?

Dotted lines is the light converging without concave lens

@@mvenkatesulu371 he meant the non-dotted ones must diverge as it is concave lens light rays diverge.... here the principle of reversibility works so they are actually diverging but seem to converge

@@manikandaninstituteofphysics The ray is not converged when it is passing through the concave lens. It looks like the ray is travelling via concave lens without any deviation (Straight ray).

Since it is a continuation of the first diagram, I need not to show the convergence explicitly. The image produced by the convex Lens is acts as a object for the concave Lens. My intention is to explain this fact alone. Thanks
